Shipping Methods:

Express Austrian Tracked Shipping - Delivery 2 to 5 days - 4.99€



Express Worldwide Tracked Shipping - Delivery 3 to 6 days - depends on the country

You will be contacted by a courier before delivery. After sending the shipment, you will receive a tracking number, where you will see the detailed location of your shipment.
If you do not accept the shipment, you will be charged 15€ Return Shipping and  return fee of 35€  (charged by DHL for non-acceptance and return of the international shipment)

INFORMATION For Standard Post Shipping - We deliver worldwide, delivery time may be influenced by your country, customs, holidays, national post office, processing of international shipments.
You must track your shipment with a tracking number, the shipment is not delivered by a courier.
After sending the shipment, you will receive a tracking number where you will see the date of shipment and leaving the sender's country, then in next working days it will be possible to see the receipt of the shipment in your country, your national post office, where it will be possible to track the entire shipment.
If you are unavailable at adress, the shipment will be stored for a limited time at your local post office.
If the shipment is not accepted and will be returned, you will be charged a return fee (15€)

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse from Europe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.   

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in Euro, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. MishelBoutique is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. Please check your county’s customs policies before placing your order.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
